State and FBI clearance

Hi everyone, i am currently living in india and have applied for skilled worker. But since i have lived in the US for past few years. So i need both NJ, CA state police clearance certificate as well as FBI certificate. But since i am living in india, i dont know how to get these documents. Basically i want to know how do i obtain a fingerprint card which would qualify when mailed in the US also.
Any feedback would help.

1. Has Delhi requested state certificates? If not you only require the FBI. You can download the fingerprint card from the FBI site. All the information you require is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

Actually they have requested for state certificates. And what about the column in the fbi card where it states "signature of official". Who is this official and can he be in india. And what is "employers name and address". Do they need my employers address that was in USA.

1. The official that takes the prints.
2. Employer is not needed.
3. You get your State certificates here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/Detroit/offices-bureaux/certificates-certificat.aspx?lang=eng&menu_id=332&menu=L

i checked out this website already. I need CA and NJ certificates.
They ask for A COMPLETED TEN-PRINT FINGERPRINT CARD. Is there any special form of card that only they provide and need to be taken in the USA only.

Read my previous post and download the FBI fingerprint Canada, it is a 10 finger card, and no it doesn't haven't to be done in the US>

Thank you so much. I just have one last question. when i download the standard fingerprint form from (FD-258) from the fbi website
it shows the (ORI column already filled with Clarksburg, WV). If i am not wrong this is where i send the fbi one.
What about the states one. I need to change the ORI right ?.

From NJ instructions:

"Out Of State Residents Requesting A New Jersey Fingerprint Based Criminal Background Check

If you need a background check within the state of New Jersey but are no longer a resident, please call the Division of State Police, Criminal Information Unit, (609) 882-2000 Ext. 2918. We will supply you with a package, including a fingerprint card and full instructions."
