Starting Spousal Sponsorship

This may seem like a silly question but could somebody please tell me, my wife is Canadian and we are about to start the sponsorship process. Does she have to apply first and await an answer whether she is eligible to sponsor me or do we send our forms all together (her forms and mine?) There doesn't seem to be a logical answer for this or maybe I just can't seem to find it.

Taken from the first page for sponsoring your spouse on the CIC site:
You must send both your sponsorship application and the permanent residence application for your family members at the same time.


So yes, you must send both packages together.
