I am asking for a friend. He is applying under the start up visa class and already got the letter of support so he is completing his immigration file now to be submit for PR.
He is going to immigrate with his wife and children, one of his parent and the wife's parents are deceased.
Does he need to provide a death certificates for the deceased parents in his application for PR?
