Your question is quite vague but if you mean whether you can get PR even though you live in different countries then yes, this is a common situation and it has no effect on your actual PR application. Your application is assessed based on the factors that make you eligible among other things (medicals, police certificates, etc) it is not assessed based on whether you're both living in the same country or not. Simply put, it is irrelevant.
