try fiverr.com for website/logo design etc. lots of freelancers available for a reasonable fee ..

I think you better say more things! So we can give you advice. How many pages does your site have? What is your budget? Will there be a page where online bookings will be made?

There must definitely be such a reservation page. Maybe my site should be about 3-5 pages. I think it's normal!
