Hello All,

My husband and I have registered with an Immigration Agency for getting PR of Canada with job seeker code of an software engineer. But the agency itself is taking lot of time for completing the process. I am currently in Toronto on visitor visa. Right now my husband is a primary applicant and I am dependent one.

In order to speed up the process, I am planning to restart Express Entry process by making myself as primary applicant with different kind of job seeker code and try getting LMIA letter from here.

I just want to know, is it possible to do the process again? Are we eligible to do that again?

Thanks,

Yes, you can start again.
But getting a LMIA-supported job offer is almost impossible, even if you are in Canada.

Good luck.

Hi,
Thanks for quick response. I wanted to confirm there will be no conflict of interest if same people are again applying for PR process with just swapping primary n secondary applicants? Hope this won't create any legal issue .

Thanks in advance.

Nope, that's fine.
