Dear Leon:

I am very close to meet the PR requirements (730 days)to renew my PR but I notice that in the requirements I need to send a copy of all my passport pages. In one of my trips, I left Canada on April 28 of 2013 and came back 2 weeks after around May 12. However, I didnt get a stamp when I entered my country (April 28). My previous entry to Canada was on Sept 2012. I am thinking that maybe immigration will think that i was not in Canada between Sept 2012 and May 2013 because there is no evidence of entrance to my country just exit stamp and entry to Canada on may 12, 2013. So i will be losing about 8 months of time inside Canada. what would you recommend? Thanks for the advise.

It is not going to be in issue. The CIC will check the CBSA entry data. Most of the time my passport wasn't stamped when I entered Canada. I had no problem renewing my PR card.

If you are worried, you can order CBSA report online, it is free. It will take about two months to receive it. You can see from the report your entries to Canada that CIC will access/check.
Just google CBSA entry report and there will be instructions how to request it.

Thanks for the replies. But what i meant is that i entered Canada sept 9,2012 and travel to Chile april 28, 2013. But i dont have the entry stamp from Chile. Only the exit on May 10, 2013. So between sept 2012 and april 2013 its almost 8 months inside Canada that immigration will probably doubt.

I would first order CBSA report and then see what they have on record and then apply for the renewal.

did you work or study during your stay in Canada? If you did, you can have proof of that as well.

i wouldn't worry about the cbsa report. you can easily prove your physical residence here.
