Stamping Visa passport

I am waiting from the immigration office in Ottawa to approve the letter of application so i can get my passport to get stamped .
It has been7 business days since a sent the application to Ottawa and now I am waiting to sent my passports. I have a flight ticket on June 4th, so i need to know how many days should I postpone my ticket until i can get my passport stamped and returned. Thank you
