I am FSW-O and got my PPR on 16 Nov'17. My passports were delivered to Ottawa on 21 Nov'17.
What is the current timeline at Ottawa office?

About 21 days from passport delivery to CPC-Ottawa to approval. Another week for return tracker activation and delivery back to you.
