Stamp TRV in the country which is not where applied.

I am applying for a new TRV inside Canada and have received the letter requests me to send my passport. However, I suddenly decided to go to another country next month. I’m afraid there would be not enough time to stamp my new visa inside Canada.

So can my new visa be stamped in that country?

By the way, the answers to the question 7 ‘’current residence of country” and question 9 "country where applying” in my application form were both Canada?

You can submit your passport in the current country of residence/if you're a visitor there.

Depending on where you are, you may/may not have the option to mail your passport directly to the visa office or to a VAC + you would need to follow the instructions for passport submission

Current residence you mean in Canada or the country ill be traveling to?
So like my problem is im in Canada right now. I applied for the trv application. Ill be traveling outside Canada next month. So can I go and send my passport to the canada visa office in that country for the stamp with the approval letter that i get in my application here?

You cannot go/enter any Canadian visa office.

I’m going to visit Saudi Arabia. You can apply through vfs over there so its possible to mail my passport.
