IMM5257 mistake on question# 9

Hi all,

can anyone help me on my problem. I really need your advise. My mother applied for TRV online, however, in form IMM5257 question#9 (Country where applying),she filled that as 'Canada' instead of Philippines(country of residence). thinking the question refers to Country where applying to.
Can somebody advise me what to do with this. How can I get this corrected ? Im afraid my mom's application wont be delivered to the right visa office which is supposed to be in Manila, Philippines. Thanks in advance to those who can help me with this problem.

I've been trying to send you a message since Tuesday but there was something wrong with the website....

anyway, to answer your question...

Since your mom is still in the Philippines her visa office is Manila. What I suggest you to do is when your mom submit her passport through VFS, include a letter explaining that she made a mistake in clicking the right country...instead of Philippines she put Canada.... I'm sure it's an easy fix...
