Hi everyone,
My legal employer is a staffing agency that assigns me full-time to a client company, where I work on-site under their supervision.
The client company will sign my reference letter (duties, hours, dates). They agreed to include my salary, with a sentence stating that it is paid by the agency, my employer. The agency provides my salary certificate, contract, pay slips and social security records, with the same amounts.
Has anyone been approved with a similar setup, where the client’s letter mentions the salary? Or would you recommend leaving the salary out of the client’s letter and relying only on the agency’s documents?
Thanks!
