Hi parhar

Good that you finished your Meds. Which doc did u go to? In new delhi? Was this doctor good? If so do share his / her name . I will also book an appt.

Hoping to complete everything by Dec 15.Luckily for tatkal got a GM of PSU to sign the verification certs of my sons. Hoping to get them today or tmrow.
Should I use the services of agent for tatkal or should I do it myself?

Dear Sokhi Sahab,
S.S.Akaal,
Sir, I got my medicals done at Ludhiana. Name of the docter is Dr Livtar Singh Singh Chawla,7,Tagore Nagar-A,Ludhiana.

Good luck nd wish u nd ur entire family all the best. !!!
May God bless all !!!

Folks,

Couple of urgent queries looking for answers please

1) Although NDVO has not asked for Proof of funds, but will it help if I send them along with passports(will it add value/brownie points)?
2) My consultant is insisting that I send my spouse's all the original educational documents to be sent along with passports although there is no change/update in the educational qualifications
3) How much is the RPRF/head, can I make a combined DD for me and my wife and on whose name should the DD be made

Thanks in advance in anticipation of a quick response

Regards,
Manonthemove

@MANONTHEMOVE,
First of all, please accept my congrats. for ur MR..
I am of considered opinion that only information/Docs ,as called for, should be submitted, unless specifically mentioned in the letter, ADVISING MR, emenated from VO .
I think, as under:-
1.None of the applicants who got MRS ON Nov 08,2012 has been asked to do so.
2.Under the para 4,PAGE 3,it is stated that "UPDATED EDUCATIONAL DOCS" for accompanying dependents,22yrs of age nd above ,at the time of initial appliaction, are to be submitted along with studying certificate from the institute/college stating present course of studies.. I understand, this answers ur question,in toto.
3. Drft for Rs25970/= X no. of family members in favour of "CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION,NEW DELHI", PAYABLE AT NEW DELHI.
Good luck nd May God bless u nd ur entire family with stamping of VISAS ON THE RESPECTIVE PPTS !!!!

A correction for Point #3

RPRF only for 2 (principal appicant and spouse)

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)
Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:
•dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;
•protected persons, including Convention refugees.

Yes , agreed sir.
I appreciate for this immaculate calculation.
thanx.
God bless all !!!

Hi all,

With respect to the IMM 008 form - under National Identify Document, what have you guys used? Can I use my PAN card details? as I had used the same for initial application; a catch here is PAN does not have an expiry date.

Kindly suggest!

@ jitendra patel,
I think, DETECTION OF High BP at the time of ur medical examination should not be an issue or a matter of much concern.Yes,if an applicant is suffering from a contagious disease that may affect his case.As u have reportedly no High BP history nd possitive observation made by the Cardiologist should help eliminate the confusion.
So,please do not worry nd focus on sending the required information/forms etc. to vo,ASAP.Meditate nd pray to the almighty for giving u the internal strength.
Good luck nd May God bless all !!!
