Hello friends,

I received my MR and PPR and PCC submission request letter yesterday. On the check list, there are a number of documents listed, like photos, passports etc. One strange request is quoted below.

 Updated educational documents for your accompanying dependents who were 22 years of age and above at the time of your original application. Educational documents such as original mark statements, certificates, diplomas and degrees. Also provide a letter from the institute or college stating his/her present course of studies

I am not able to understand it. Accompanying dependents who were 22 years of age and above at the time of original application was only my wife. They have asked for updated educational documents. There is no update in her education since then.

My question is do I need to send the original educational documents of my wife which copies were sent at the time of my application.

Your valuable comments on this will be highly appreciated and will ease my confusion.

I think it is regarding "dependent children" who are more than 22 years old and hence eligible to accompany only if it can be shown that they are pursuing continuous studies ever since, and hence are "actually dependent".
Demanding only dependent spouse's educational documents (and not Principal Applicant's) otherwise is pointless.
I am thinking NOT to send any spousal edu docs, but mention the things in the cover letter.

my GCMS, in the notes section, the officer specifically has asked for spouses MATRICULATION certificate, copy of which was sent and the best part is , i am not claiming any points for my spous !!!! I m yet to recv MR...

I have completed medical on 21st nov with my wife and two kids, so tired schedule. my wife's and children's MR quiet good.
I have detected High Blood Pressure in physical examination, after 1 hour BP again high so referred to cardiologist for further investigation like ECG and
blood report, Cardiologist has examined and gave his examination diagnosis and commendation on his letter head.

I have quiet worried for this issue, Is there any complication regarding High BP? Bye the way I have no High BP history.

Any one knows this type of problem please advise.

I think, DETECTION OF High BP at the time of ur medical examination should not be an issue or a matter of much concern.Yes,if an applicant is suffering from a contagious disease that may affect his case.As u have reportedly no High BP history nd possitive observation made by the Cardiologist should help eliminate the confusion.
So,please do not worry nd focus on sending the required information/forms etc. to vo,ASAP.Meditate nd pray to the almighty for giving u the internal strength.

Actually the passports of my children expired so I am applying for tatkal. but it is quite difficult as you must get Verification Certificate from a big shot....either a GM of PSU / DIG / or central govt officer equalling rank of Under secretary to Govt of India.

Jiyo bapu.. BP is not infected disease so don't worry. But start doing pranayama every morning....

Yes,I do agree with u.Sir,will it not help us if we get the verification part done by SDM/FIRST CLASS MEGISTRATE ? Please check nd see if it works.
I had applied for for my PCC ON Nov12,2012 nd got it issued on Nov.19,2012.
Measewhile,I had my Medical done on Nov 14,2012 ,having sought appIontment from DMP on NOV 12,2012.By grace of God,I was able to prepare all the reqiured papapres/Complete the IMM FORMS etc. nd eventually consigned the entire package to NDVO ON Nov,22,2012, through DHL Corier Service.I have RECVD THEIR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
I hope, u should be able to comply VOS instructions,ASAP.
