Regarding your queries, Form IMM 0008 is the "Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 536 KB)"
And Yes, you do need to get ANOTHER PCC (Police Clarance Certificate), as every PCC is valid only for a period of 3 months! So your old PCC has already expired. You need to resent it IF NDVO ASKS FOR IT AGAIN.

Interestingly, I had my medicals completed in July 2012. And again remedicals for PA only in Oct 2012.

Yesterday, I received MR from NDVO via email.

Should i have to start allover again the medicals from the scratch ?????

Confusing .....

Looks like NDVO throwing MR for everyone with "In Process" Status ....

Also there must be many ppl. getting MRs from NDVO who are not online at all. I really wonder whether Canadian PM's ongoing visit

Hello friends,

I received my MR and PPR and PCC submission request letter yesterday. On the check list, there are a number of documents listed, like photos, passports etc. One strange request is quoted below.

 Updated educational documents for your accompanying dependents who were 22 years of age and above at the time of your original application. Educational documents such as original mark statements, certificates, diplomas and degrees. Also provide a letter from the institute or college stating his/her present course of studies

I am not able to understand it. Accompanying dependents who were 22 years of age and above at the time of original application was only my wife. They have asked for updated educational documents. There is no update in her education since then.

My question is do I need to send the original educational documents of my wife which copies were sent at the time of my application.

Your valuable comments on this will be highly appreciated and will ease my confusion.
