BINSON, I can say from my experience, even if you provide that PCC after the due date, NDVO will still consider it and will not reject your case right way.... rest assured.

They are not yet deciding our cases or issuing medicals yet.

In my own experience, when I was told to update our file information in 2008 (regarding my case filed in 2004), my agent, WW**S did not send my documents on time and delayed for more than a week. I was frustrated and sent emails to their head office, to which they replied that these cases (pre feb) will not be decided soon, and NDVO will not mind such delay.
And it was true. There was no issue and I could see from my CAIPS that all the information was updated in their system.

So, what I mean is.... Try to get the PCC on time.
But even if you get it late, DO SEND IT.
It is mentioned in their Operation Manual that they have to consider all the updation from the applicant until the refusal letter is actually posted.
