thanks, my relative in Canada applied for me on 23 April, Ottawa office received it on 29 April and they emailed the caips on 29 May.

Have you asked for caips through email, if by post it may be well on its way...

my sis in law in Canada applied them on 24 april which they might have recd. on 29 or 30 April. yes i requested them to send through email. you are right I may recv. them in a day or two.

my question is exactly how many days it took for you all to recv. email containing caips from ottawa.
I will appericiate if you can reply. because i applied for caips on 24th april and didnt get them till today.

I received the same after exactly 30 days. The normal timeline is 30-40 days. So don't worry. You will receive the same within a week or two.
