Spreadsheet for PreJunes of New Delhi VO having "In Process with Date"

Now that almost all NDVO folks are "In Process With Date" when can we expect NDVO to start sending MR's?

Hi Pre-juners
As all, i m also worried and waiting holder from NDVO. Because of this many of us holding or postponed our important decision related to job,family, future plan, buying etc. More then 2 year of waiting and still we don not know that we are selected or rejected,..........very frustrating situation.
In London visa office approx. 100% cases are finalized, approx. 50% are decision made with rejected and 50% with 6-12 month waiting letter. Atleast they know about their decision. Some of them got decision made after 3 month of in-process with date because of jd mismatch or another reason.
But NDVO still silent and do not start with to clear the situation. God knows what is in the mind of NDVO. May be they plan to blast with sending application with decision made or medical soon. May be NDVO has all the successful applicant so he not yet sent to decision made to anybody. (I wish my last line will be true)

friends pls advise on my doubts.

Apart from NDVO rest all the visa offices around thè world are finalising the pre June's cases. Frustrating to see that NDVO has putting all the pre June applications to Inprocess since January and not a single MR has been issued to any pre jUne applicant.

I think Manila is quicker than Buffalo and has issued many MRs to pre-juners in recent months. Awake NDVO and put an end to this killing silence.

Any intelligent guesstimates as to when can we see MR's coming in from NDVO? this wait is really sapping of all the energy and is also impacting all major decisions of life

The first BFD was for 120 day and for most of the applicants who got in process date in January, this date has passed. If next BFD is again for 120 day then we might heard something(MR) in probably in September.

If we are lucky, and next BFD is 60 days, it could be early probably in July.

Hi Mni,

This is something that can confirmed only when anyone of us will order CAIPS/GCMS notes after our BFD has passed.
Rest my heart says that next BFD will be set at time gap of 60 days. Rest let's wait some more now to know what Mr. Minister will bring in his magic bag in June-july-2012 for us all.

Till then just pray to God to put an end as soon as possible to this wait.

My guess is That..
NDVO wants to complete first step for all pre-june applicants before July 2012. After this the figure is clear how many successful candidates in every category. Then the decision will be taken by minister.
a). They can issue Visa to some pre-june 2010 applicants.
b.) They can return of balance files to remove backlog.
c.) They can send wait letter to some pre-june 2010 applicants.
d.) They want to reorder all pre-june 2010 applicants according to category wise and give visa to required candidates and remove backlog losses which is main aim of immigration minister.

Overall indication is that the NDVO has lot of applicant. So they are doing some extra work.

Even London visa office is issuing medicals, but we should remember one thing that many visa offices first issue only medicals and after that PPR and RPRF, so there is a time gap between them.....whereas NDVO issues medicals, RPRF and PPR together, so even if London visa office or others issue medicals 2-3 months before NDVO, there is not much difference....
