By post. I paid my RRPF when I submitted my full set of documents. Now, they have asked to send RRPF Fee. I guess I am supposed to send the receipt from last payment. What I am confused about is, the difference. When I submitted, I paid Rs.21440 / person. Now, the rate is Rs. 22540 / person. Any idea how to deal this situation? Should I only send the difference amount along with the receipt. Or, should I only send the receipt as they have already accepted the same?

Hello Members, long story short. We received our MR today dated mid last month along with passport request and RRPF. Already a month gone. Only 20 days more to submit everything. Thank you God.

You know what I feel, they should go by IP date for MR instead of 2ed AOR? Is that what they are doing?

God knows how they do the selection process.
Don't think that Jan 2010 is 2nd AOR date.
It seems like 1st AOR.
