Oye Jignesh

Tere Munh me ghee shakkar.

Allow me to add to the confusion.....

Some in Process people from London VO have started to receive the letters that they will listen from the VO only after 6-12 months.

And let me remind you that LVO is already issuing MRs to most of them.

What should be expected by NDVO applicants who have not received anything after bulk in process?

you are right. Lots of people are in process with processing dates and none received MR. hoping to release MR soon in April/May.

No doubt Applicants from Pakistan are getting letters that processing will happen in next 6 - 12 months for those having E-CAS as in process with processing dates. This is justified with the timelines mentioned on CIC website. It is 9 months more than New Delhi.

Even though their VO is now London but they will be treated & processed as per Islamabad VO timelines. Please post your suggestions correcting my views.

Visa Office Processing Times Pre 27 Feb 2008 Processing Times 28 Feb 2008 - 26 June 2010
Islamabad - Pakistan 88 27
New Delhi - India 93 18

What about NDVO which has processing Times of 18 months, almost all the members have completed much more than 18 months, if Iam not mistaken we have people who have already complted 24 months from 2nd AOR. I have already completed 20 months

The processing times have no relevance at all.
Those reflect the time taken to process applications during last year. They do not say anything about future timelines, which is indefinite depending upon the no. of pending & fresh applications.
And moreover, NDVO has NEVER EVER declared the true picture of past processing times on their website.

You are right Man..... people are waiting for even more than the avg processing time mentioned but my reply was in response to comparison done with Applicants from Pakistan by "lokoloko0" .

I was just trying to say that if an In-Process applicant from Islamabad receives a letter of 6 - 12 months to resume processing then NDVO applicants with In-Process should start getting some response now based on avg. processing times for applicants of both these countries.

Moreover, many islamabad applicants with similar timelines have already been issued medicals.
It all depends on the visa quota left.
You know prejunes are given only the "left out".

Whatever buddy.. but this will be totally unjustifed if we receive a similar reply from NDVO. As per the letter 12 months from "processing date" VO should not be contacted & they will not reply.

That simply means.... April 2013 they will touch those files again. Then... may be they will issue some new Instructions to further delay it & stretch it till 2014....

Still we don't have any option than to wait for further instructions from CHC... :(

As of Jan 2012, NDVO has an inventory of roughly 7000 (even if consider 'persons') for Mi-2 & Mi-3, so assuming they have a quota of roughly 9000, it means 2000 from Mi-1 will get visas this year.

It is unlikely that any Mi-4 would get visas this year.

Just my 2 cents!

The Quota is Now 10700 after the Budget session for MI 1

Exactly, and from those 7000 too, some will be rejected.

Here you say they will get Visa
On a different Thread you say Nothing will happen you have experience with NDVO

I am divided what to believe what to not :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
