Thanks, can you throw some light on the below please, Does "In Process" means
1) I have the required 67 points to qualify?
2) My documents are good to go for the next steps of medicals?
Congrats Man,

In Process date means on the initial review your file is approved for further processing. i.e. prima facie you are given atleast 67 points and next stage will depend upon satisfaction of the VO regarding documents and information currently on hand. If sufficient, VO will directly issue MR, otherwise may ask for additional documents/information.

Thanks a lot Skogutem, DBC, Mehulca and Parhar appreciate all the support

Congrats friend ! Your details added in the sheet. Wish u all the best for your further processing of file. Regards

We have just received the CAPIS notes and the BFD is 9th May 2012 and a note stating

"BCrime Pending; updated PCC for PA and CPIC required for spouce;

Please issue meds x 2 and reques:
Indian PCC's x 1 for PA
RPRF x 2
PPT x 2 after all other requirements met."

This is for ND VO but we have already done with medicals from Buffalo office and waiting for Passport request so we are planning to withdraw application from ND VO if we have got the passport request.

I suggest all the NDVO applicants to update the funds, PCC and also RPRF so that they will sent the medicals and passport request by May which will speed the process.

God Bless u all.

You are right.
But we are pre june candidates. Normally it takes 1 month to issue medicals after in process, for us it is more than 2 months.

I do not feel very optimistic about getting visa too.

The risk always exists, but we should be positive....As the backlog cases are being returned, I hope we may see changes now.

Let's hope for the best.

@lokoloko0,lubob.
Thank u immensely for making the spreadsheet updated . I appreciate ur efforts.
Wish all the prejuneres would start moving into the conclusive stage of their long struggle!!
Their voyage is fast approaching the "LIGHTHOUSE" for being guided to the "Shore of Canada",the destined point.
Good luck to all.
God Bless All !!!

CIC has released quarterly data till 31st Dec 2011,
The over all skilled worker inventory is around 160,000 up from 144,000 (excluding pre 2008 applications)

However the annual target for FSW is only 61,000

Talking specifically about NDVO
The inventory levels are as follows :

M1: 18658
M2: 5093
M3: 1963

Total :25714

Last year NDVO has issued about 8122 visas in Skilled worker category
This year it may be up to 9000 ,

But the inventory levels are so high, it may take around 3 years to complete
that is only ifff CIC stops accepting new applications from july 2012,

Many of forum members may perceive my post negative but all this is all based upon facts and figures provided by CIC only ,

I am just wanting to portray the realistic picture to all , we have all seen the fate of pre-2008 people who were all riding on the hopes of positivism for last 8 years but we all know what happened to them .

To be very frank, if CIC doesn't stop in-taking of applications from July 2012 and takes special measures to address these 160000 applications ,
our Canadian hopes will be in dark only.

I wish the Canadian government should seriously look after our concerns and we all get maple leaf very soon

Good luck to all

Dear

I donn want to be in any kind of argument with you,

The visa quotas are always for no of persons NOT for no of cases ,
U may confirm this from any of the seniors ,
