No status change in my side.
No missing addresses.

Sent my updated documents(due to marraige) yesterday.

Btw does NDVO asks for updated PCC?? Should we be cautious and apply for PCC now itself as it takes around 20 days, or wait till we hear something from them..

HELLO,

My ecas is still "IN PROCESS" wef Feb 17,2012 with unchanged detail in the box.Besides,my address has never ever disappeared.Seemingly,it has stuck so hard to its place that even system is scarry to remove it or may be,VO gets scared whenever he/she touches my file !!!!!!!!! Only "He" knows what permutation and combination is worked out by VO ,as HE is a very astute accountant.

Any ways, let us hope for the best.

God bless all.

Hi lokoloko, I've read ur post about caips. Its a big clue that hopefully we'll get MR within next 2 months. Best of luck to all. Hoping the second half of 2012 to be fruitful for all pre juners.

Hi lokoloko.
Thats great news, that mean who has in process status has cleared the hurdle of getting 67 points.

Hopefully you will receive MR soon.

Good luck and thanks for sharing.

(Sorry guys I deleted this post first due to privacy concerns, but since it will cheer up many of us, I am re-posting it)
By the way guys,
I want to share something .....
After I got in process with date, I ordered CAIPS, which I received yesterday.

PSDEC 1 (Thank you Waheguru)
SELDEC 1 ( ??? Does it mean that we are selected for an interview or something else?)
SEC CRIM 1
CRIM PASSED

Points 70
(Officer writes that he/she is satisfied that points awarded are adequate to reflect my ability to settle in Canada and mentions about having received my Police Clearance Certificate and finds no concerns with my Foreign travel, PPT pages, Personal History etc.)

Further he/she says....
XXX PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING:
-PPT (current)
-expired PPTs
-MEDS
-RPRF

My next BF'D is 09-05-2012. (Does it mean that we have to wait until after 09-05-2012 to get MR/PPR? ??? ??? ???)

But overall, I think it was good enough to bring smiles on our faces (wasn't it?) We can expect the same for all others who have got In Process with NDVO. It also means that they may not ask for document updates (e.g. fresh PCCs etc)

Good Luck everyone and GOD BLESS US ALL (as Parhar51 always mentions) :)

Should I post it here guys?
I was little worried about privacy concerns.
I think its not a big issue, just delete the personal info like address and file numbers etc......
Will u plz tell me the web address from where u've ordered the caips?

You can PM if you want...

Dear Lokoloko,

Please find my observations below:
PSDEC 1 Your paper screening was good and you are selected
SELDEC 1 You have been selected
SEC CRIM 1 There is no criminal record.

They will soon be requesting you medicals, etc
What I feel is that VO does not send medicals but request via system to some other dept, etc to do the paperwork etc.

You should be getting a decision made on your file on your BF'D date.
This is just my assumption. I maybe wrong too.
So assuming that you send in your papers before this BF'D(if requested) you'll get a decision on this date..

I ordered CAIPS with the help of my relative in Canada.
Just had to fill 2 forms. This is how you do it:....

You need to fill the following form authorizing your relative to access your information on your behalf. Write your own email ID in the column of your relative’s information so that CAIPS come direct to you via email as happened in my case. You can send it to him/her by email after filling, signing and scanning:
www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Then your relative will fill the following form for you. you will have to provide him/her your first/last name, date of birth, file number and processing visa office, and he/she will also fill his/her name and address as a requester (Your relative must tick "Receive copies of the records" under "Access to Information Act" block, NOT under "Privacy Act" block and also Tick on request for CAIPS):
Download form 5563 from:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp

Both forms to be mailed with ($5 cheque or postal money order from CanadaPost, payable to "Receiver General for Canada") by your relative to the following address:

Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator
Narono Building
360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th floor
Ottawa, Ontario
