HI all,
seeking help from fellow members...
i am also a Pre June applicant. but currently i am working in Malaysia since october last year. Now since i see some movement in applications i am bit confused about how to proceed with my case in case i received MR and passport request.

1. Can i get medical done from Malaysia and send it to NDVO?
2. while staying in Malaysia, can i send my passport to NDVO?
3. Since i am staying in Malaysia for only 8 months and Malaysia govt does not issue PCC for expats staying less than 1 year in Malaysia. So how should i proceed in case i receive PCC request for Malaysia as well (since i have stayed here for more than 6 months)

Anyone has any experience / answer to my queries, please reply.

Dear friends today 10 friends got MR from NDVO. They have applied from consultancy. Almost all of them have noc no 4131. Their in prrcess date ranges from Dec 2011 to Jan 2012.
My friend whose details i know and applied from the same consultancy got interview date of July 26. consultany handed mail to him
His details are as follows...
Applied in Nova Scotia Jan 2010( I have no information when the consultancy send Doc to Nova Scotial)
Full Document received in NDVO May 2010
Initial Processing date: Jan 16, 2011
The same date he received proof of relationship document with his wife
Today he received scheduled date of Interview.....
Heap of docs are required from initial forms, english language proficiency certificate, salary slip, experience latters, PCC, proof of relationships,Pof,.........
No telephone inquiry....(perhaps not being from India)
The process a head may not easy as we are thinking.....

What does your friend's e-cas say, like unable to access/address disappeared/interview date, etc.?

It its not possible to get PCC, write a letter to VO when you receive request for PCC, explaining the situation. They might consider the same

i think saturdays are most important in NDVO coz my status changed on saturday in jan, i got 1-2 mails of CSQ on saturdays even i got MR on saturday, so i feel in comming saturday is good for prejuners, best of luck
