SPP Visa Refusal on 22 nd dec '16 for Jan'17 intake. Please help!!

Hi All,

My visa got refused for jan intake in spp category. I applied through online. Here is my profile

10th - 82 %
12 th : 69.5 %
Previous education - bsc electronics and communicaion systems( 74 % )
Work exp : 5.5 years in IT
Current course taken from canada spp college : UG diploma in computer engineering technology /technician
IELTS Score : 6.5 overall

Refusal reason : Your proposed studies are not reasonable

I am planning to reapply under non spp by next week with sop stating the course and purpose of my study which is related to my previous education and current work experience. Also am getting an extension from college from my current joining date which is jan 9th. This time I will make sure all docs in place and earlier my spp application was filed via online with the help of consultant.

Guys,

Any one please help me out with a good suggestion how i can proceed in a better way. I see the refusal reason is checked under other reasons:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light one or more of : your qualifications, previous studies,employment, level of establishment, language ability or your future prospects and plans
