SPP visa and PR ...

Dear All,

My Sister is in Brampton on Student Visa SPP.

Now Can she apply for PR visa if she qualifies while her SPP visa Running ??? or she would have to wait to complete her studies and Work permit ???

I don't know that my question make some sense but we are confused .

Please help with this issue and what action is required to do so ...

How is she applying for PR? The following are the steps that would be done by a person who is applying for PR based on candian qualification and experience.

1. She has to complete her studies first
2. After completing her studies, she is required to find job in NOC O,A,B and do the job as full time for 1 year (some exceptions are there, depends on province)
3. After she acquires the necessary canadian experience, she will apply for PNP program.

4. When her application for PNP approves, she will apply for PR within 6 months of the approval of PNP.
