HI all they refused my study visa saying your previous qualifications and all that and language abilities but my ielts score is 7 bands how many bands they want .its irony of life how a man at chc knows more than college who give admission knows nothing and how they can shatter ones soul and life .i am 6'4 and 95 kg young but they had literally thrashed me and my mind.God bless their mothers that their sons are making someone mothers cry.

for 1st time:
your purposed studies..............
there was only one reason and for second time they have promoted me to two reasons:
1st reason:
purpose of visit.
2nd reason:
Your purposed studies..................and all that.
If we need to prove that you will come back after your study in Canada, why the Canadian government offer immigration to international student in Canada? they offer immigration after study for a long time then what is the point to prove (at the time of student visa application) that student will come back after study.They are completely wrong in either demanding to prove to come back or offering immigration in Canada. they should do one thing only.and i am surprized to know they dont even know how to judge mentality of a person.
there should be a strict rule against chc or else they will rob everyone who files a case everytime.

They actually dont care if you want to stay in Canada.

They're concerned that you will over stay in the event that your PR application is denied or that you may disregard the rules altogether.

Hello Virk,

As suggested by others, you must first file CAIPS / FOSS or GCMS. you call it by any name. The purpose is to find out the exact reason of denial. Then about your college fee, if you are intending to apply again, then do not withdraw your money as it will lead to some deductions usually around 100 to 200 dollars and also the loss of exchange rate you paid already. Hence do not withdraw. apply for caips and then reapply for visa keeping in view what CAIPS comes out as.
