what abou this. help me please, and so worried about this.
"Spouses or common-law partners of post-graduation work permit holders

Note: If you are a holder of an open work permit (e.g., Post-Graduation Work Permit, Working Holiday, etc.), your spouse or common-law partner, applying for the C41 exemption, will need to attach a copy of your work permit to his or her application for an open work permit. Your spouse or common-law partner will also need to provide information about your employment by attaching supporting documents including:

a letter from your current employer confirming employment or a copy of your employment offer or contract; and
a copy of one of your payslips."

You can renew your open work permit once your wife has finished her studies and has a full time job under NOC A, B or 0.

Yes I heard about that, actually she is working in level B of the NOC, however is part time job.... it'so difficult to get a fulltime job for the entry level y the NOCs A or B !!!!!!!! all the fulltime are in general laboureres that means D !!!, what other options I have????

Find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job and is also able to get an approved LMIA, you can then apply for a closed work permit. Note that getting an approved LMIA will take several months.

wow, yes I have to do that as soon as possible you think that my company which ys a industrial company oriented to the farm and food, can request an LMIA for me, can I paid it? my open work permit will expire on march!

Your company can certainly request the LMIA - however none of us here can tell you if it will be approved.

Your company should be the one to pay the LMIA fee of $1,000.

The first step will be for your company to post your job on Canadian job sites for at least a month to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer will then have to submit the LMIA for approval along with the $1,000 fee. Based on the processing times on this forum, it will likely take somewhere between 2-4 months to complete. Assuming the LMIA is approved, you will then be able to apply for a new work permit.

Hi All,

I'm here on my PGWP, can I apply for a work permit for my "CONJUGAL" partner for the duration of my PGWP?

Your concise answers will be appreciated, thanks.
