Spouse worker Visa

Me and my wife just got to Canada we are currently in Laval moving to Edmonton in February. I have a spouse worker visa and would like to study in Edmonton but don't know if I am allowed to so the questions I have are as follow.
I have the following questions.

Can I study full/part time with a spouse worker visa?
Can I apply for a apprenticeship?

You can study provided the entire length of the program is no more than six months - otherwise you need a study permit.

Almost all (if not all) apprenticeships are reserved for Canadian PRs and citizens only.
