Spouse Work Permit Validity

If i apply alone in Canadian experience class by selecting my spouse is not coming with me. Whether she can stay with me or not?
As my spouse also have work permit which is given on top my work permit.
And after getting a PR will my spouse work permit will be valid or not?

Your spouse would need to maintain her own status in Canada and a work permit cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances so her work permit will be valid until it expires. But after that she won't be eligible for another work permit unless you sponsor her for PR inland.
