Hi Asivad and seniors,

I have an urgent question,

I received an ITA on Dec 2016, and I am working on my PR application right now. I added my spouse's work experience but I don't have any proofs for it. I claimed 0 points for his work so is it 100% safe to remove those from Work Experience section and add it in the Personal History section?

Update:

I just called CIC and they told me even though I claimed 0 points for my spouse's work experience, I still need to list all of his work experience under the work experience section and personal details section.

This just shows how little those CIC agents answering phone calls actually know.

Your spouse's foreign work experience is completely irrelevant to your application. You certainly do not have to add it in the work history section.

CIC Agents are like Agent Dave, Drunk, useless and stupid.

I once called CIC agent asking simple question and he told I should hire a lawyer.

Anyways Like Del said, if you haven't claimed any points you do not need to put it in work history, just required to mention in Personal History. Also no proof or docs required for any record under personal history.

dont call them CIC agents I would say call center agents. they r utterly useless
