Spouse Work Exp points not reflecting in the EE profile after ITA recieved

Hi,
I received an ITA on the January 12th draw, my CRS score was 507. Everything was working fine except under my spouse's work history section NOC code was still showing 4 digit NOC even though my work history had 5 digit NOC. So we deleted the entries and added them again in hopes that it would autocorrect. But to our surprise when we previewed my score now in the PR invitation profile, the 5 points we had for spouse work experience are not showing anymore and my CRS points have come down to 502!

This had happened to our EE entry profile as well due to that glitch but redoing it again after they fixed the issue, it had corrected itself. But now I am not sure what to do. Anybody else had the same issue with their PR profile? Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!!!

I submitted with LOE. Anyway my score is still gud with cutoff without spouse points as well.
