Is it mandatory to send spouse ECA directly from WES to OINP? While sending my OINP application package in March this year I included her WES copy (notarized). But later on came to know that OINP requires a copy of ECA report directly from WES and hence I ordered one for me being the primary applicant. Do I need to do it for my spouse as well?

yes. anything you are claiming points for, you need to send proof of it... so if you are claiming points for your wifes education, you need to send her WES report also.
