Spouse was un-declared by parents. Can my spouse go to Canada with me ?

Hi, I have a very strange scenario here.

My spouse's parents when they applied for PR decade ago did not declare their child (my spouse) in their documents. They are Canadian notional now. However my spouse never joined them in Canada. What i want to ask is that since she is married to me now and I am not a Canadian national, if i apply for immigration through express entry can she go to Canada with me as my dependent ?

She would only face issues if she was trying to get sponsored by her parents. Any permanent resident who does not declare members of their family will not be able to sponsor those family members in the future, even if they get citizenship.

But if she's going as your dependent, she won't face any issues.
