Hope you are all safe and staying strong. My wife (PR holder) is currently staying in Canada and I (Dubai resident) have applied for both PR and TRV.
As I understand usually we should not apply for TRV and PR, due to dual intention TRV may get rejected.
But my wife informed due to pandemic, there is a new guideline in which IRCC is accepting/approving Visitor visa for Spouse. There is a high chance that we may get approval for the same.
I need your help on below queries,
1. Is it true that there is new guideline on approving visitor visas for immediate family members ?
2. Did anyone apply for Visitor visa and PR recently and received any approval ?
3. Do you suggest to withdraw the TRV application , if negative result is imminent.
