Hi All,
I need a suggestion on applying visiting visa to spouse, here is my case.
I am getting married in 4 weeks and I am planning to apply visiting visa for my spouse after marriage.I have been hearing lot of stories and cases where the chances of getting visitor visa for spouse after marriage is very less. on that note I was thinking to apply visa for my spouse before marriage to be on safe side. But i'm so confused on what to do now.. apply visa before marriage or after marriage.
my spouse profile :
1. she got her passport in March,it's fresh and has no travel history(negative point).
2. She is currently working since 1 year and she has contract with her company also(positive point)
3. I can also show agriculture land on which is on her name(positive point).
4. Bank funds, I can show , 10 lakhs(positive point).
from my side, I am currently working and show all evidence that I can support her in all ways if her visa is approved.
can someone please advise to apply visa before marriage as an individual(i can find someone who can give sponsor letter for her visiting visa now ) or just apply straight after marriage for 3 weeks showing all strong ties?
