Hi. I just want to know if is it possible for me to apply my husband to visit here in canada??While my pr card is in maiden name? But i have a sypport document like marriage contract.Thankyou in advance for helping me.

My husband is in philippines. He requires visa
Ok you have two options both of which have different requirement.

1- Spousal visa, is about one year process. See requirements here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...mily-sponsorship/spouse-partner-children.html

2- Temporary resident visa, much quicker but much harder to get. Especially for spouses since you need to provide proof that you would be returning to your country. See requirements here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp

Your best bet is going to be spousal visa. Good luck!

I just want my husband come here much quicker this year.

I just want my husband come here much quicker this year. Is it possible a temporary visa? Even if my pr card name is my maiden name and not my husband last name? I have so many questions to ask.

yes we all know you want him here quicker which we understand, but as above, it is highly unlikely he will get a TRV. A year is a long time, but if it means you get him here, without any refusals, that is the better option in my opinion.

Or is it possible him if i applied him TRV. and its approved. And he enter here can i apply here spousal visa? And not going back to philippines and wait for the spousal visa approval?

Or spousal visa first while still on proccess can i apply TRV at the same time?

Hard to get TRV, but you can try. If you can get TRV for him, he can come and you can apply in land. Then he can stay with you in Canada.

Again, getting TRV is highly unlikely.

He has a better chance with the spousal sponsorship while he is in the Philippines. He can apply for a TRV, but chances are slim that he will get accepted.

Thankyou so much one more question please. For the TRV requirements is my pr card is one of the requirements? Because my pr card name that i use is a maiden name it means single status. And not his last name

TRV is not spousal visa, so I would assume your last name doesn't matter nor your status in Canada. It's your spouse coming to Canada for a visit, has nothing for you as a sponsor.

I did not apply for TRV as I know it's a waste of time/money for bringing your spouse to Canada.

It seems you have your mind made up about a TRV, but please take out advice and just apply for the spousal visa. Will be better for you and your husband in the long run.

Your name on your PR card or anything else is not relevant. There is no obligation for a woman to change her name after marriage. A maiden name does NOT mean single status - it means that you have elected not to change your name (perfectly legal and well within your rights).
