I am on a study permit (Alberta Province). My spouse come here with me on visit visa. Mine study permit is of 1 year and that is not the issue. Problem is that spouse is on visit visa which has 6 months validity but immigration officer had crossed 6 months and wrote 31st January on his passport to leave country. Spouse has already applied for work permit but it will take long nearly 31st Jan, 2013. What should we do in order to keep my spouse in Canada (to extend TRV or what to do?).
