Hello Everyone,

My husband is Canadian PR and about to submit spouse visa application. Is there anyone who have applied after march 2020 and got approval of the spouse visa application ?
I heard there is a long delay in process due to COVID, I just want to know how long the wait ll be? The IRCC showing the timeline of 1 year , What are the chances to get it within a year?

A spouse visa doesn’t actually exist. Do you mean sponsorship? Yes sponsorship normally takes around a year but has taken longer due to covid. I would follow posts in the family sponsorship section
