Hello,
I'm from india and i was deport from poland and they ban me for 2 years because of overstay,now my question is my wife is already in canada from 6 month on study visa so i can apply for visa on depend or does it effect my deportation.note i do not want to hide my any immigration history otherwise they ben me for 5 year so please suggest me what to do.TID

SOWP are not guaranteed for spouses of international student. Given your deportation order your chances of getting one are not good. You can certainly try if you want. You may be separated until you both apply for PR.
