Spouse Visa

I am a UAE resident and hold a Canadian PR.
I made the first entry into Canada in 2013.
While I had lodged my application, I had included my spouse's name and information that was requested.
She underwent medicals too and same was submitted.
She was not included in the final process of landing but I had paid the dependent visa fees applicable to her.
Attached is the PR card that I hold.
We are planning now to migrate permanently, so I intend applying for her visa/PR.
Could u advise the formalities that need to be followed?
Information stated on the website gives details on lodging a spouse application but in my case fees has been paid for the dependent and only last stint of landing fee has not been paid.
Where can i find the exact status and the process that needs to be followed

You will have to follow the process here:

You will need to move back to Canada before you can submit the sponsorship application (you cannot sponsor your spouse from outside of Canada). Make sure you haven't been outside of Canada for more than three years when you return to Canada. Otherwise the sponsorship application will be refused and CIC may revoke your status for failing to meet the residency obligation.

You have to submit all of the paperwork from scratch including having your wife do the medical, provide police certificates and also pay all of the fees. The fees you paid before were for your old application. They don't carry forward to this new application.
