Yesterday I told my brother I and my fiance applying individually, he got so angry on me, he said you guys should go for spouse visa, its fast and points get increased too..

Please help me which one is beneficial? what are tge pros and cons to put our case individually or as spouse?

check CRS scroes for both, one with spouse, and one without. that should answer your question. I am an individual, so i'm not sure, but i think having a spouse should give you a better score, most of the time anyway. it depends. as i said, try both! check which one will give you a higher score.

Calculate your CRS scores individual and as a couple to see
How you make out then you decide.

Chances are that if your spouse drags you down score-wise when applying together (or vice versa), that person would probably also have insufficient CRS scores to apply individually.

In that case, you have two options:

1) Improve the respective person's scores (I.e. language test, ECA) before applying and apply together - preferred if possible

2) Let the person with the higher score apply individually. Downside is the 'winner' would have to sponsor the other person after obtaining PR, which can take quite long

If it doesn't matter much for your scores whether you add your spouse or not, then it's a no-brainier: apply together - the principal applicant should be the person with the better CRS scores.
