Hello ,
My husband is facing problem to sponsor me. My husband was get student visa and going to Canada from India. After 4 yrs he visa India for his sister's marriage and at that time he has a PR stamp but not have a PR card. (as Canada rule is one time he has to leave to country and then he has to submit landing paper and then after he is able to apply for PR card ).
At that we met as our parents decides for our marriage and we get married in end of December. Now a some person advised him to you are not able to put a visa for your wife because you were not informed about your marriage before you getting married. They told like your in fault but he is not doing any intensely mistake seriously he don't know the rule because he has already PR stamp and he also submit our marriage certificate at time of landing.actually he does not hide something from government but he does mistake as he don't know about this rule. What is the solution for it. Please guide us and tell us to how we put file and get the visa .
Please help me

Thank you

Your post is not that clear but I think you are saying your husband completed his PR application as single but when he landed he was in fact married . So what he should have done is to change his status from single to married before he landed. Ignorance of the rules is no defence unfortunately so probably best to consult an immigration lawyer for professional advice.

The IRCC documentation in many places by the way clearly says that any change in circumstances that either affects an in process application or one already approved should be communicated to IRCC.
