Spouse Visa Clarification

How are you ..Hope doing well .
I have a query :-

I have Canadian PR and working in Singapore .
I recently got married and want to migrate to Canada with spouse only ....

Can some one please explain the process of Applying Spouse VISA or getting VISA for your wife .....
In case you are outside Canada ...Is it I will have to go on TRV/ Visior VISA for her and then apply PR

Some one please help me .... i will be really grateful

You must be living in Canada to sponsor your spouse for PR. Since you are a PR yourself, you cannot sponsor a spouse while living outside of Canada. Yes - if you wish your spouse to travel with you to Canada now - your spouse would need to apply for a TRV. There is no guarantee the TRV will be approved and we do see a fair amount of refusals on the forum. If your spouse is refused, she will need to remain outside of Canada until the PR application is processed and her PR visa is approved.
