I am already married but now i marry again with a Canadian Citizen lady as my 2nd wife and she is living & working with me in Kuwait. she got divorce from her husband last year.
could she apply for me a spouse visa. if yes then how long it will take to process.

No. She cannot apply for a spousal visa for you based on marriage. Your marriage will not be recognizing by Canada.

Your marriage will not be recognized unless you divorce your first spouse before you get married again. So the first step for you is to divorce your first wife and wait for the divorce to be finalized, then marry your new wife, and then she can sponsor you.

You would need to get divorced from your 1st spouse, get remarried and only have 1 wife. You can only have one wife in Canada. If you want to have 2 wives Canada is not a good option for you.

There is no such thing as a spouse visa, only spousal sponsorship. She is divorced but married to you and you have a wife so you are committing bigamy which is illegal in Canada. Take the advice given. You need to get divorced from both spouses, and then remarry your second spouse.

She is a bigamist too because the two of you got married, and you are still married to your first wife. It is a criminal offence in Canada so your marriage will not be recognized. You can apply for a TRV showing funds to support a visit, travel history and ties to return. You need valid reasons to travel. If you include that you are married to a Canadian and in a bigamous relationship then chances are low for approval. Having a Canadian spouse makes it difficult to be approved.

She is insisting me to visit or shift to Canada with her , i told her you cannot sponsor me as spouse visa. she is thinking even once you have tourist visa i can be arrange a work permit for you if you will be in Canada.
