Spouse Visa Application Mailing address

Hi. I am filing outland family sponsorship application through my spouse. I want to confirm the mailing address on which application package should be posted. I am confused about the mailing address and courier mail address mentioned in their website. please help me understand which one is the right address and what is the difference between two addresses:

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Both addresses end up at the same location, so:

If you're sending your application package through the mail (Canada Post, US Post Office, etc.), use the first address.

If you're sending the package by a courier (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, etc.), use the second address.

I would recommend sending it by courier, since it is faster, and you get a tracking number.
