Spouse visa acknowledgement

Hi! I would like to ask, we just sent our papers for the spousal application and it's been a week.. will we still receive an acknowledgement that they received our papers or just with approval notification from the sponsor.? (Spouse visa sponsorship)

they would not send you anything till they work on your app .. the 1st mail the sponsor would receive is the letter that would say that he met the eligibility or not to sponsor together on that mail is the transfer of papers from cic to VO..

the mail also contains .. UCI no for the sponsor and App no for the sponsored ..

when it reaches VO it would be total silence till you get ppr ..
