Spouse TRV

I am planning to apply for my spouse's TRV under "Others" , "COVID-19" category. I have applied for the Spousal sponsorship and got the file no. Now when I am filling the form IMM5257e for TRV, while filling the employment details for past 10 years it has only 3 rows for that and there is no option to add rows. So how to fill the complete 10 year details, do I need to attach additional page..??

Yes, you can attach a separate sheet. and mention the form number on the sheet it's referring to.
