Spouse TRV application - made mistake in the application form.

Hi..
I submitted the visitor visa application and found out that I have made mistake entering my passport details. Is there any way to contact visa office and inform them that I have made the mistake and submit the form once again?? Is there any other way to correct this mistake before application gets refused?

Try to call or send an email or another envelope with the right info.
