Hello all. I sent my application to Sydney today My application arrived. I put my wife’s address in Canada and her e-mail, and I did not fill out the representative’s file 5476. What do I do? Can I send the file via Web Form and also forgot to pay biometrics fees. Can I send a fee payment receipt via Web Form

Are you using a representative or an immigration attorney? If you don't have them you don't need to fill out the representative part.

You can pay for biometrics latter when they request, you can make the payment and send the receipt via webform later when you already have your AOR.

I thought that my husband should also sign as a representative, but that space is only if you hire an agent or a consultant for the process.

No. The sponsor can also be the representative. Otherwise if they call in to immigration they will only answer certain questions.

If spouse is representing then Authority to Release Personal information to a Designated lndividual FORM imm5475 must be filled and attached:_

May e-mail filled /signed form to your spouse and she can upload if she has a file number. It is accepted later on as said by a member above
