Hi All,

I am a Permanent Resident of Canada(Came on Study Permit). I am filling PR application for my spouse and have the following queries:

1) There is the 2nd question on form 5562:

List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since
your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. If you or your family member did not
travel outside of your country during this period, check "did not travel".

what should mention here (for myself)? I mean my visits outside India or Canada?

2) There is a section to enter the last 10 years of Addresses (for the sponsor) and family member details - for brother and sisters.
I had traveled a lot and the provided columns are not enough to enter this detail. Should I attach a separate sheet to give full detail (for addresses as well as family members) or should I just fill limited details in the provided area?

3) They are also asking for 10 pages of the conversational records. Should I include 10 pages of Whatsapp chat plus call history and FB status or do I need to include everything under 10 pages?

4) Do I need to show gift/wedding palace bill receipts?

1. Sponsor doesn't give travel history.

2. Yes, attach a separate sheet.

3. You get 10 pages. There is no separate quota for Facebook or phone calls.

4. It depends on what other proofs you are submitting.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
1. So should I leave that section(travel history) blank?
2. Can I simply make a copy of the existing form and add extra entries over there or should I attach a blank paper and just write the extra information?
3. I am planning to attach Marriage Certificate, our passport copies (including spouse name on both passports), maybe insurance benefit from my employer (my husband's name on it), 20 pictures (pre-wedding, wedding and honeymoon). Will that be sufficient?

1. Put N/A.

2. Either/or. Doesn't matter as long as all of the info is there.

2. See the proof requirements on the checklist.
